Acacia House was built in the Italianate style in 1994 and is noted for its magnificent views of the Oakland hills, its soaring ceilings and grand windows. This one of a kind home is graced by native California live oak trees and an occasional acacia. A security gate opens onto a winding walkway with stairs leading you through a hand-made Brazilian cherry and Australian lacewood door into a plant filled atrium adjacent to the Acacia Suite. You are invited to relax and enjoy the secluded, peaceful garden planted in California shurbs, grasses, roses, oaks, & redwood trees.
The Acacia Suite accommodates guests in a private three room suite on the ground floor and is furnished in antiques & art from around the world.
